Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Neo Style (Neo Style – operated and managed by Vastra International), customer satisfaction is important to us. We request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order, especially as we deal in compression wear, shapewear and innerwear products, which are hygiene-sensitive.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.
  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Replacement

  • You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
  • Damaged Product Received – Refund or Replacement
  • Wrong / Different Product Delivered – Refund or Replacement
  • Size or Fitting Issue – Replacement only
  • Color Mismatch – Replacement only
  • Quality Not as Described – Refund or Replacement
  • Any Other Genuine Issue – Subject to review and approval

⚠️ Final approval depends on product inspection and policy compliance.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Body shapers, shapewear, and innerwear that have been worn, tried, or used
  • Products with opened, broken, or tampered packaging
  • Hygiene-based products without original seals
Exception
  • Unused, unopened, and untried hygiene products may be eligible for return only if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A clear order opening video is provided

4. Order Opening Video (Mandatory)

For claims related to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product
  • Defective product
  • You must share a clear order opening video within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Claims without an opening video or after 48 hours will not be accepted.

5. Return Process (How It Works)

  1. Email us at support@theneostyle.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Required photos / videos (mandatory opening video for damage or wrong item)
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Once approved, you can:
    • Ship the product back using your own courier, or
    • Request a return pickup via our courier service (charges apply)

6. Replacement Policy

If your request qualifies for replacement:

    • The original product must be returned first
    • After inspection and approval, replacement will be shipped within 1–2 business days
    • Delivery may take 2–7 business days, depending on location
Replacement Charges:
    • ₹125/- applies for exchanges where the product is not damaged or torn but the customer requests a change

7. Refund Policy

If your request qualifies for a refund:

    • Product must be returned and pass quality inspection
    • Refund will be initiated within 2 business days of approval
    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines

8. Return Shipping & Charges

    • Customers may return products using their own courier partner after approval
    • Customers can also opt for our return pickup service (additional charges apply based on location)
    • Return shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Fees:
    • ₹70/- for returns where the product is not damaged or torn but returned by customer choice

9. Important Conditions (Please Read Carefully)

    • Refunds or replacements are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, untried, with original tags and packaging intact
    • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer items will not be accepted
    • Any tampered, mismatched, or hygiene-compromised product will be rejected
    • Body shapers and innerwear are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene concerns

10. Return Address

The return address will be shared with you after return approval via email.
